House Rules – VIBE & Palace City Apartments

Dear Guest,
We warmly welcome you to our apartments! The purpose of these house rules is to ensure a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing stay for all our guests. Thank you for respecting the following simple guidelines. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these house rules, which are designed to ensure a pleasant and restful stay for everyone.

Check-in and Check-out

  • The apartment can be occupied from the agreed check-in time on the day of arrival.

  • On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by the agreed check-out time.

Use of the Apartment

  • The apartment may only be used and occupied by the guests registered in the booking.

  • Please use the furniture and equipment for their intended purpose.

  • If you notice any malfunction or problem, please inform us immediately – we are happy to assist you.

  • Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

  • This includes e-cigarettes and IQOS devices.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Peace and Quiet

  • Our apartments are located in residential buildings, therefore please respect the peace and privacy of the residents.

  • Loud music, noisy gatherings and parties are not allowed.

  • Please always be considerate of other guests and neighbours who wish to rest.

Events

  • The apartments are not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette parties, house parties or loud events.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement.

  • Our pet-friendly apartments are: VIBE S31, VIBE S32 and VIBE S33.

Safety

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.

Damage

  • Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

  • Any damage caused in the apartment or the building must be compensated by the responsible guest.
